Michael O. Quinn, Executive Director Mike began his career with the nearby Montachusett Regional YMCA (Fitchburg) in 1992. Having experience at multiple levels in the YMCA performing varying duties, Mike now has his YMCA Senior Director certification, as well as having completed the National YMCA Executive Development Institute program, and knows first hand what it takes to ensure quality programs and services. 		Amanda Grubb, Membership and Marketing Director Ordinarily, tripling our membership would result in significant and unexpected challenges. Amanda has led the effort to improving customer service by implementing on-line program and priority registration, practically eliminating the need to wait in line. Her BS degree in Business Management and service-oriented approach in dealing with members and guests are attributes that mesh well with her responsibilities. Amanda was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio, and now resides in Winchendon with her boyfriend, Sam, and baby girl, Sofi. agrubb@theclark.com
		Veronika J. Patty, Fitness Director Leading a department that started with 8 classes per week and now has over 40, Veronika has not sacrificed quality or safety. All instructors are certified and truly care about providing a quality experience for all involved. Veronika's enthusiasm and high energy has also resulted in efforts to enhance the social aspect of the programs by coordinating special events such as Women's Day, holiday parties, and birthday wishes. 		Barbara A. Lawrence, Aquatics & Safety Director Barbara joins our professional team of directors after proven herself as a dedicated parent volunteer with our swim team and has done a fantastic job of not only coaching the children, but also building team morale, and fostering parent involvement. Recently, Barbara has been teaching senior Aqua-Aerobics and children's swim lessons as well as lifeguarding here at the Clark, and has built a great rapport with our members and staff. She brings a level of maturity and nurturing that compliments the YMCA's character development values of Caring, Honesty, Respect and Responsibility. 		Shawn R. Fournier, Gymnastics Director We are pleased to welcome Shawn Fournier as the new Director of our Gymnastics program here at the Clark YMCA. Shawn grew up in the great State of Maine, and has just completed his Masters Degree in Sports Management and Recreation at Springfield College. Shawn brings with him a great deal of energy, enthusiasm, knowledge and passion for the sport and has many years of experience as both a competitive gymnast as well as being a motivating coach/instructor. Shawn has been quite busy since assuming his new role here at the Clark and has proven to be a valuable addition to our program. We are excited to have him with us. sfournier@theclark.com
		Melissa J. Powers, Pre-School Gymnastics Director With over 18 years of gymnastics instruction under her belt here at the Clark, Missy has become a local icon and well-respected instructor and mentor. Now concentrating on the pre-school gymnastics programs, Missy continues to engage kids and promote physical activity through fun, constructive classes.
		David M. Bilodeau, Facilities Director Dave not only brings expertise in the area of facility management to the Clark YMCA team, but also a level of enthusiasm and a thorough approach that ensures a safe and well-maintained environment. 		Glenn Rediker, School-Age & Day Camp Director Glenn has many years of experience working with children in after-school programs as well as day camps. Most recently, Glenn was the Waterfront Director at YMCA Camp Lowe in Lancaster and the Site Coordinator for the after-school program at Montachusett Regional YMCA. Glenn knows first hand what it takes to run a safe, fun, and positive youth program and brings with him a great deal of energy and enthusiasm. 		Dwayne Pelkey, Recreational Sports Director Dwayne is perhaps most notable for being an instrumental part in starting and running the successful Winchendon Pop Warner program. He brings many years of coaching experience and energy to the Clark Memorial YMCA, where he has volunteered for many seasons in our youth basketball and travel basketball leagues. Dwayne believes youth sports play a huge role in the development of all youth participants physically and mentally. His philosophy to teach fundamentals and good sportsmanship in a controlled and safe environment will lend help to building confidence in all youth within our communities.
