Michael O. Quinn, Executive Director
Mike began his career with the nearby Montachusett Regional YMCA (Fitchburg) in 1992. Having experience at multiple levels in the YMCA performing varying duties, Mike now has his YMCA Senior Director certification, as well as having completed the National YMCA Executive Development Institute program, and knows first hand what it takes to ensure quality programs and services. Mike and his family currently reside in Fitchburg.

Veronika J. Patty, Wellness, Community & Relations Director
Leading a department that started with 8 classes per week and now has over 40, Veronika has not sacrificed quality or safety. All instructors are certified and truly care about providing a quality experience for all involved. Veronika's enthusiasm and high energy has also resulted in efforts to enhance the social aspect of the programs by coordinating special events such as Morin Real Estate 5K Road Race, Toy Town Duathlon, Kid’s Triathlon, Wine Tasting, Auction and Dance Fundraiser and number of fitness events as well as social events for our Silver Sneakers participants. Originally from the Czech Republic, Veronika now lives locally with her husband Tom, daughter Nola and son Finn.

Barbara A. Lawrence,
Aquatics & Safety Director
Barbara joins our professional team of directors after proven herself as a dedicated parent volunteer with our swim team and has done a fantastic job of not only coaching the children, but also building team morale, and fostering parent involvement.
Barbara is a certified Water Safety Instructor and Lifeguard as well as a Certified Pool Operator. She teaches senior Aqua-Aerobics, adult and children's swim lessons as well as lifeguarding and coaching the YMCA’s Clark Sharks swim team here at the Clark Memorial YMCA. She has built a great rapport with our members and staff, while bringing a level of maturity and nurturing that compliments the YMCA's character development values of Caring, Honesty, Respect and Responsibility. As a parent and member of the Clark YMCA, Barbara takes great pride in volunteering for the many events offered at the YMCA and has hosted a total of 7 Olympic athletes to our facility to perform stroke clinics and mentor our youth. We are thrilled to have her with us.

Shawn R. Fournier, Gymnastics Director and Membership & Marketing Coordinator
Shawn brings with him a great deal of energy, enthusiasm, knowledge and passion for the sport of gymnastics and has many years of experience as both a competitive gymnast as well as being a motivating coach/instructor. Shawn has been quite busy since assuming his new role here at the Clark and has proven to be a valuable addition to our program. We are excited to have him with us. This past year Shawn has taken on more responsibilities here at the Clark YMCA and now oversees the Membership and Marketing departments.

Melissa J. Powers, Pre-School Gymnastics Director
With over 20 years of gymnastics instruction under her belt here at the Clark, Missy has become a local icon
and well-respected instructor and mentor. Now concentrating on the pre-school gymnastics programs,
Missy continues to engage kids and promote physical activity through fun, constructive classes. |

David M. Bilodeau, Facilities Director
Dave not only brings expertise in the area of facility management to the Clark YMCA team, but also a
level of enthusiasm and a thorough approach that ensures a safe and well-maintained environment. Residing
in Winchendon with his wife Ardy, Dave is pleased to be working close to home, contributing his
talents to enhance the quality of life for the community.

Ethan Robidoux, Sports/Recreation Director
Graduate of Western New England University with a major in Sport Management. Ethan grew up in Ashburnham and is very familiar with our community. He brings a great deal of enthusiasm and energy to our Sports and Recreation department. Ethan has big plans in the future with our new state of the art field turf field house which include lacrosse tournaments, flag football and many more. Fun and excitement is what he wants to bring to our community and they sports activities that will be available.

Glenn Rediker, School-Age & Day Camp Director
Glenn has many years of experience working with children in after-school programs as well as day camps. Most recently, Glenn was the Waterfront Director at YMCA Camp Lowe in Lancaster and the Site Coordinator for the after-school program at Montachusett Regional YMCA. Glenn knows first hand what it takes to run a safe, fun, and positive youth program and brings with him a great deal of energy and enthusiasm. He looks forward to leading our after-school program which recently doubled in size.

Tracey Pelkey, Business & Human Resource Manager
A life-long resident of Winchendon, Tracy joined the Clark Memorial YMCA in January, 2011. She was the bookkeeper here for three years prior to joining us on a full time basis. A 1998 graduate of Fitchburg State University majoring in Business Administration and obtaining a minor in Philosophy, she brings with her 11 years of experience working in a CPA firm. She lives in town with her husband and two children. Her responsibilities include all aspects of Human Resources, payroll, and the entire spectrum of the finances.
