The Clark Memorial facilities may be rented for parties on Saturday and Sunday afternoons.

Pool parties include 1 hour in the pool, 45 minutes in the lounge, and 1 lifeguard, which accommodates up to 20 people in the pool. The cost is $100. If an additional lifeguard is needed due to more than 20 participants, the cost is $25 extra.

The Preschool Playground setup includes a variety of mats used in our preschool gymnastics classes. This setup will include a staff member for up to 20 children to ensure safety. This is not a structured party.

Structured Parties include a small warm up and a fun activity, followed by participating in three events. The fun activity may include the parachute, hula hoops, jump ropes, or having sack races. The choice of events includes floor, bars, beam, vault, and air track. Please contact either Shawn Fournier or Missy Powers a week prior to your party to discuss what activity and events you would like to participate in at the party. Structured parties include 1 gymnastics instructor for up 10 participants.

All parties include 45 minutes in the gym, followed by 45 minutes is in the upstairs lobby for cake, ice cream, presents, etc.

The YMCA will provide the staff to run the gymnastics portion of the party.

A gymnastics medal or certificate will be awarded to each child for their participation.

An additional instructor may be added for $25 to accommodate more children at your party!
