Get the Young Company Theatre Experience, led by Brenda J. Lillie, Artistic
Director of Doors and Windows Theatre Co. Brenda is a member of the

Industry.
Both age groups will have separate classes, working on age appropriate
material and receive related instruction.
A typical day will include basic stage language and theater skills into the
world of imagination and movement using improvisation and pantomime.
Each participant will help to build the world of the play by constructing props,
costumes and set pieces. Campers will conclude each day with full company
rehearsals. The camp season will culminate with an on stage performance
open to the public on Friday evening, August 8.
This program is an opportunity to build self confidence, social and
communication skills, and conflict resolution. Decision-making skills will
also be enhanced, as choices and expression will be a major component of the
program. Campers will "find their niche" acting on stage or operating behind
the scenes, as there is a role to play for everyone.
Final performance will be A Midsummer Night's Dream,
open to the public on Friday, August 8.
