This class includes work for all major and minor muscle
groups addressing strength, flexibility, muscular endurance,
balance, coordination, agility, speed and power. The class
includes a warm-up and rhythmic range of movement,
stretch, work with resistance tools, cool down, final stretch
and relaxation segment. It is a total body conditioning class
in which students use hand-held weights, elastic tubing with
handles, a SilverSneakers® play ball and a chair for standing
and/or seated support.
(45 min) T: 10:30 am with Grace
Combine fun and fitness to increase your cardiovascular and
muscular endurance. Strength exercises will be alternated
with low impact aerobic choreography.
