SILVER SNEAKERS MUSCULAR STRENGTH AND RANGE OF MOVEMENT

(45 min) M, W, F: 10:30 am with Grace & Jenn
This class includes work for all major and minor muscle groups addressing strength, flexibility, muscular endurance, balance, coordination, agility, speed and power. The class includes a warm-up and rhythmic range of movement, stretch, work with resistance tools, cool down, final stretch and relaxation segment. It is a total body conditioning class in which students use hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, a SilverSneakers® play ball and a chair for standing and/or seated support.

SILVER SNEAKERS CARDIO CIRCUIT

(45 min) W: 10:30 am with Grace
Combine fun and fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance. Strength exercises will be alternated with low impact aerobic choreography.

SILVER SNEAKERS CARDIO FIT

(30 min) T: 10:30 am with Grace
CardioFit is perfect for those who are fit and active, as well as those who want a safe, effective energizing activity. Hand held weights or elastic tubing with handles are used for the strength training segment that follows the cardio segment. A chair can be used to offer stability and support options for abdominal and exercising from the floor. The variety of easy-to-follow movements in this class promotes heart-healthy, total-body conditioning improvements to increase cardiovascular and muscular endurance.
