
The Clark Memorial YMCA is proud to offer financial assistance so that more
individuals and families can be involved in the programs and services offered by the Y.
HOW IT WORKS
• Complete the attached financial assistance application & membership application.
• Provide required documentation including pay stubs, proof of child support, SSI, etc. We can not
process applications without verification of income.
• Turn in paperwork at the Clark Memorial YMCA front desk. The staff will provide all applicants with a free
2-week pass while the application is reviewed.
• Discounts are based on household income and family size.
• Discounts vary from 10% to 90% and may be applied in 6 month increments.
• Upon expiration, individuals may reapply. In addition to household income and family size, facility usage will
be considered for renewals.
