**EFT is a monthly electronic funds transfer which may be deducted from your checking account or credit card on the 1st or 15th of each month. EFT memberships do not require a long-term contract and may be cancelled anytime with 30 days written notice.

SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM

The Clark Memorial YMCA offers membership and program fee subsidies for individuals and families. Scholarship applications are available at the front desk. Scholarships are based on a sliding scale, taking into account the household income and number of members in the household. This program enables the Clark Memorial YMCA to be accessible for all! We encourage anyone interested in membership at the Clark to apply, regardless of employment status.

Health Insurance Reimbursements
• Tufts: (20% listed above) plus up to $150 reimbursements
• Harvard Pilgrim: Up to $150 reimbursement
• Fallon Community Health Plan: Up to $200 reimbursement for an individual plan & Up to $400 reimbursement for a family plan.
• Blue Cross/ Blue Shield: Up to $150 reimbursement
• Network Health: Up to $75 reimbursement (after 3 months of membership

Miscellaneous Reimbursements
• New Hampshire Ball Bearing: up to $20 per month reimbursed quarterly

Discounts
• Town Employee Discount (20%): A 20% discount is available to Town of Winchendon employees. This may be used towards an adult membership for the individual employed by the town, youth memberships (ages 0-graduation) for their children, or towards a family membership, which includes 2 adults and unlimited children under the age of 18 living in the household. This may be applied to Annual and EFT memberships only.

• Tufts (20%): A 20% discount is available for subscribers of Tufts Health Insurance. This can be applied to any member of the household carrying Tufts insurance. A valid insurance card must be presented in order to receive the discount. This may be applied to Annual and EFT memberships only.

• Military Discount (20%): A 20% discount is available for military personnel. This may be used towards an individual adult membership for the individual enlisted, youth memberships (age 0-graduation) for their children, or towards a family membership, which includes 2 adults and unlimited children under the age of 18 living in the household.
