How Does Registration Work?
The Clark Memorial YMCA offers several registration options. These options were designed to accommodate members to the best of our abilities. If you have any questions regarding the information below, please contact Amanda Grubb, Membership & Marketing director at agrubb@theclark.com or 978-297-YMCA (9622).
Priority Registration is a member benefit and is only available in-person.
If a member is enrolled in a program and is continuing the same level on the same day and time they are currently participating in, they may register during priority week. For instance, if a child is in a Level 2 Swim Lesson on Saturday at 9 am and they are not moving up a level, they may register for the exact same class, day and time during Priority Registration Week.
If a member is enrolled in a program, but is changing level, day or time, they may register on Saturday (after 12 pm) or Sunday during Priority Registration Week. For example, if a child is in Level 2 Swim Lessons on Saturday at 9 am and is passed to Level 3, they may register on Saturday (after 12 pm) of Priority Registration Week.
Member Registration is for all members and is available online or in-person.
This option allows members to register for any available program online or by coming to the Clark Memorial YMCA. Registration is available at 5 am using either method.
Non-Member Registration is available in-person only.
This options allows non-member to register for any available program by coming to the Clark Memorial YMCA. Registration begins at noon on non-member registration day.
