Policies & Procedures

The Clark Memorial YMCA offers 5 sessions per year. Each session consists of 9 weeks of programs. Occasionally, sessions are extended to 10 calendar weeks if a holiday week falls within the session. We do our best to identify days that classes will not be offered in advance. If we are closed for a day due to a holiday, foreseeable scheduling issue, etc., we will prorate all affected classes in advance. If an unforeseeable circumstance arises on our behalf, credits will be issued at the end of the session. We do not offer credits or make-ups for illness or weather-related cancellations. Please see our policies and procedures page for more information.

Fitness Classes, Karate & Pre-School Playground are ongoing programs and do not require pre-registration!
