Vendor Imformation

Set-up begins at 7 am. All vehicles, trailers, etc. must be off the field by 8 am. This will be strictly enforced. Anyone arriving after 8 am will not be permitted to set-up.

You are responsible for providing your own tables, chairs, canopies, signage, etc.

All food vendors are responsible for obtaining and displaying a food permit.

We will not permit the following to be sold: silly string, fireworks, poppers, toy weapons of any kind. We reserve the right to ask vendors not to sell items deemed inappropriate for a family event. Any vendor who does not comply may be asked to leave.

Vendor fees are non-refundable. This event takes place rain or shine.
